Description
CHIAROSCURO is the name of a culinary performance designed by the artist Paul Renner for the Atelier Montez in Rome.
Together with chefs Elena Ambrosch and Manuel Opitz Hofstätter, the artist serves up a multi-course menu with the aim of stimulating our sensory organs to such an extent that Caravaggio’s painting of the beheading of Holofernes by Judith is incorporated. This unique production, with all its culinary refinements, which ultimately leads to bacchanalian excess, will take place in year 2024 on November 15th in the Atelier Montez in Rome.
